Create a folder aimed to hold the publications. Managing article using SVN allow the authors and the corrector of the publication to keep the track of each versions while the article writing is in progress. Furthermore, when the article is finished, the team keep a track of it and all the necessary material to edit/modify or re-use it for a new publication.
