tsar_boot: preloader stack
- During preloader execution, only processor 0 initializes
its stack.
- The stack allocation for other processors must be done by
the loaded Operating System during its boot loader execution.
- The stack size for processor 0 is defined by the RESET_STACK_SIZE
preprocessor constant in the defs.h file. For now it is 8 Kbytes
and it can be changed if further modifications in the preloader
need it.
