test_network_acyclic - determine whether the network is acyclic

   test_network_acyclic [-h]

   If the flattened network has a combinational cycle, then prints information
   about one of the cycles. If no cycles are present, then it prints a message
   to this effect.

   Command options:

   -h
          Print the command usage.
