1) Fixed problems with the \CoutHorsD macro.
2) Renamed as \OtherPartner?{debu}{fin}{partener}{moyen-an-1:moyen-an-2:moyen-an-3}.
3) Updated document for using it.
4) Changed the "model use" delivrable.
