Problem 1067
Alice embarked on DIY work. She has just placed on the table an articulated meter formed of four branches of 25 cm each (left disposition) and points out to Bob that the triangle ABC is isosceles in A.Bob, Bob, inspector of the finished works, then asks her:
- 1. What is, in degrees, the value of the angle in A? (5 points)
She continues her work with the same articulated meter and, this time, puts it otherwise (right-hand layout), the triangle ABC being always isosceles.
- 2. What would be, in cm2, the area of a square of side CD? (5 points)
I haven't written a program for this problem.
- 1. 20°
- 2. 1250cm2
